2. Find the home that you like and write down the number.

3. Call me for a showing, I have the keys to all HUD Homes.

4. I will work with you to submit the best bid possible.

5. If our bid is accepted, I will work with you through the entire HUD purchase process. From writing the contract to getting the inspections, to working with the title company & asset managers until the sale is complete.
